Gallery Yuka ships to customers within the Continental United States. We will pay the shipping costs and insure the parcel. Collectors outside this area can contact us for custom arrangements.
Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to customers typically within five to seven business days. If you need a rush delivery please contact us to discuss options.
Orders will be generally shipped by UPS ground or USPS.
All orders will receive a tracking number.
Gallery Yuka is a Florida business and, as such, must collect sales tax for all orders from Florida addresses. The sales tax will appear as a separate line item and will account for both the state and county taxes.
Artwork that Arrives Damaged
If your artwork arrives damaged please take digital photographs demonstrating the damage and contact us immediately. We will give you further instructions at that time. We purchase delivery insurance with the transportation companies, and we will work with them and you to quickly refund the purchase price. In order to claim damages you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Gallery Yuka would like our customers to be happy with their new works of art and to be able to make purchases without worry. Once you have received your art you have seven days to live with it to make sure it is the piece for you. If during that period you decide it is not for you please notify us of your intent to return the painting. We will then give you instructions regarding the return. You will have five days from the time you receive these instructions to ship the painting.
Please repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If the original packaging was damaged please repack using similar materials. Improperly packaged returns that are damaged before they reach us not be eligible for a refund. After we have authorized the return please insure the work with the transit company and provide us with a tracking number. Once the piece is safely received by us Gallery Yuka will refund the original purchase price, but not the costs of the return.
Gallery Yuka collects as little information as possible for securely completing your purchase. We use a third party for processing your payment and do not retain your credit or debit information. We do not sell customer information to anyone.
Gallery Yuka reserves all rights to all content on this website. Gallery Yuka maintains the copyright of each of its works even after the original has been sold. This means that Gallery Yuka may in the future use images and/or derivatives of the original work in advertising and promotion, books and other publications, licensing agreements, and any other conceivable use. No one other than Gallery Yuka may exercise these rights.
