Description
Sometimes I find these Hatch chile or Anaheim pepper in a store in Florida. I remember that there was a smell of roasting of chile peppers in the September air in New Mexico. People would buy boxes and boxes of the Hatch chile peppers, roasting them, and freezing them in small bags.
